Chris Ward

Before joining Hanbury, Chris was Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief Speechwriter to Keir Starmer, and was one of his closest policy and political advisors for six years. Chris played a key role in Keir’s successful 2020 Labour Leadership campaign and has over a decade’s experience of working in Parliament, including overseeing Parliamentary Strategy for the Leader of the Opposition and Shadow Cabinet, and preparing Keir Starmer for Prime Minister's Questions.
