Leo specialises in corporate reputation management, creating and delivering programmes that promote and protect reputation by bringing together disciplines including research, PR and social into effective strategies. Prior to joining Hanbury, Leo served in leadership positions for Edelman, FTI Consulting and Starbucks in New York and Hong Kong after spending the first half of his career in London. From creating a campaign to eliminate bias in car insurance to leading a multi-disciplinary strategy to rebuild trust in a crisis-stricken cult brand, he has international experience in three continents as a trusted adviser to organisations across industries. From mitigating and managing issues and crises to messaging and proactive storytelling, Leo supports clients as they seek to shift perceptions, influence debates and drive reputation outcomes. Leo studied politics at Bristol University.
